Best Essential Laptop Accessories?

Ok, first I live in the U.K. and I have a budget of under �130... My laptop is Windows 7 and a brand "Zoostorm" (Ive never heard of such brand, its just the logo on the back of my laptop)... What im looking for are items what can be bought to extend the memory, speed, life of my laptop overall, etc... Preferably I'm looking for a USB Fingerprint Reader for the software I have installed on my laptop, a external Hard drive in which I can all my programs and games to (Mostly laptop cleaning software and the odd game) :D Is there anything you suggest?? I would like the purchases to be rather cheap so I have some money left over (if possible)... I would say atleast 2 or 3 items with the budget but I'm guessing that would be pushing it :D Hope you can help!! Thanks in advance!!
