High Chair Help! Any Ideas Out There?

My daughter who is 1.5 yrs. old keeps rocking in her space saver high chair. I have no problem with purchasing another high chair for her. My question is being that we have carpet and that she ROCKS ( she can almost lift the feet of the adult sized chair her high chair is strapped to)back n' forth in her high chair; what is the MOST sturdy chair out there that I can purchase for her? I am only few feet away preparing her food but I do not want her to get hurt.
