I need help getting from Minneapolis to St. Paul at 5:15 in the morning?

I need to go from the Hawthorne Transportation Center in Minneapolis to the Amtrak Station in St. Paul. The bus I'm riding arrives in Minneapolis at 5:15am and the train I need leaves St. Paul at 7:50 am. What is the best and least expensive way to get there. I have never been to Minnesota before so I don't know where I'm going.
