Hollywood/ grad surprise party ideas!?

so my mans graduating and im throwing him a surprise party in a club Hollywood theme..i have my guests dressing up in costume attire(as a celeb they choose)..any cool ideas to make this party look more realistic...im def doing the red carpet with the stanchions,,,i appreciate all your help!!!!!!...oh and is there anyway i can incorporate grad with it?
