Question about a navel piercing?

Mine did that same at first, I was always messing with it because i was trying to figure out why it was acting that way. And it got worse. Keep cleaning it like you are, but other than that dont touch it. I went awhile with out even playing with mine, and it went to normal. No redness, or dry skin or nothing. And than i started playing with it again. And it started acting the way it did. So just keep cleaning it, but leave it alone.
