Moving to Minneapolis ?

What are some good places to live in Minneapolis I don't want to be outside Minneapolis I know there are cheap downtown areas The Brentwood and Haverhill Grant street commons and Stevens Community which is best don't want nothing ghetto people say northeast is cool but which apartment names or I could do low income housing but don't you need section 8 first and it takes years but where at really don't wanna pay no more than $750 to start with just need a cool place and area for bout 6 months
