Boobs hurting 2 weeks?

first is was my left side sore and swollen went to the GYN did normal exam and blood blood (no cycle in 5 months but not pregnant had tubal 7 years ago) 2 days after my appointment I started, very light for 1 day then spotting for 1 day now right side is doing it. My dr. did send me for mammogram it was clean.
