Help can't get stain out of carpet.?

I am selling my house and getting ready to move out. My old dog who is 13 years old, had diarrhea on the carpet. I have tried everything. Dish soap and hot water, stain remover, and so on. Any ideas would really help me. I am not replacing the carpet for once stain. please help!
