Do i have any recourse if i don't like the color of my new carpet?

I just had carpeting installed today, and it looks nothing like i thought it would. i knew it would be lighter than the sample, but this is ridiculous! is there any guarantee, just because you don't like the color?? i am just sick to my stomach, we paid alot for this rug. i was worried it would be too dark, and it is just the opposite. has anybody else gone through this and have any suggestions?
