Can you drink from a cup a wasp touched? And other surfaces it touched?

Im a bit of a germaphobe and there is a wasp next to me i trapped with a glass cup, that i use to drink, and the wasp is crawling everywhere in it. But before i trapped it it was on the carpet crawling there too. I'm wondering should I throw away the cup? or rinse it well? Should I clean the carpet? or should I not worry at all? Helpful answers ONLY plz.
