I burnt my hand on my straighteners?

No. The surface temperature of your Straightener would kill germs, and viruses, and bacteria. You probably just burned yourself pretty good. It will be red, just as long as it doesn't start oozing green stuff. Put some neosporin on it, and cover with a bandaid. It should heal up quickly.
