What could this possibly be?

Red, tiny blister on inside vaginal lip. Had sex. Everything was fine, until a day later. Itching, burning. I get tested on the regular. So, i know I'm clean. I've just never been through anything like this before. Everything seems to be fine now. But I'm a bit scared. Hoping its not anything serious. Maybe it was an allergic reaction. Who knows? Any idea?
