I LIVE IN BEVERLY HILLS,NOTICED A FOUL SMELL OF DEISEL FUMES,THOUGHT IT WAS JUST TRAFFIC FROM WILSHIRE BLVD TR?

THOUGHT IT WAS JUST TRAFFIC POLUTION FROM WILSHIRE BLVD TRAFFIC,ANYWAY DECIDED TO MOVE TO MALIBU BEACH WHERE AIR IS CLEANER,I RENTED APT ON BEACH, STARTING ON FEB 1ST, I'M MONTH TO MONTH IN BEVERLY, I'M COMING UP SHORT TO PAY RENT IN BEVERLY AS WELL,SO I'M TELLING LANDLORD TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT FOR THE LAST MONTHS RENT DEPOSIT IS 1650 RENT IS ONLY 1400, I 'M LEARNING IT'S NOT COOL, BUT IN REAL WORLD **** HAPPENS?, MY CURRENT LANDLORD IS TOTAL SLUM LORD, I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!! IS IT REASONABLE TO WORK IT OUT THIS WAY? WHAT IS THE WORST THET CAN HAPPEN AND THE BEST THAT CAN HAPPEN? SHOULD I THREATED TO BRING UP THE DIESEL SMELL OR THE MOLDY CARPET IN HALL? OR THE FALLEN SCREEN I TWISTED MY ANKLE ON WHICH IS ON THE PROPERTY? I TRISTED IT TWO MONTHS AGO IT'S STILL SOAR, I NEVER REPORTED IT, I JUST WANT OUT OF HERE, I'VE GROWN TO HAVE A RESENTMENT AGAINST LANDLORD AND SLOPPY SLUMLORD STYLE THYE HAVE.
