How long after feeding my Coastal Carpet Python can i pick him up and handle him?

Just brought our first snake, a Coastal Carpet Python and forgot 2 ask how long after feeding him can i handle him? Also he is a REALLY good eater so how many 'Fuzzies' and 'Pinkys' is enough?
