Please Help!! painful lumps in neck..?

For about a month now I have had a lump on the right side of my neck behind my ear. Two weeks ago it started to grow in size and I have now found multiple lumps all on the right side of my neck. They are very painful- almost like carpet burn under the skin-causing my neck to be stiff and swollen. I have also been experiencing horrible headaches- I have a history of migraines, however it's completely incomparable- and my scalp and temples are extremely sensitive to touch. I keep finding bruises on both of my legs with no idea how they were caused. Nausea has caused a weight loss of forty pounds in 2 months. My skin feels itchy everywhere. I am also a very active person- aerobics every day however for the past week I haven't had the energy. I feel dizzy and weak and everytime I stand I feel as if I'm going to pass out. Lastly, my body has been in horrible pain and my joints feel on fire. Anyone with similar symptoms?? If so what was the diagnosis??
