My eight month old sometimes vomits everything he ate?

My baby will drink four or five oz of milk in the morning and sometimes throw up everything while he is burping. Sometimes if he coughs or cries he will also throw up everything . He throws up like this at least once a day! I have to wash everything including myself and carpets each time cuz its so much! Is it normal?
