Dogs bleeding from his toe?

I think it's from playing he turned quick and I think caught his nail on the carpet they are trimmed and short idk how but he's bleeding a little bit I got a paper towel with nesporin I'm between where it's bleeding should I be very concerned or concerned enough to take him to the vet it's not bleeding profusely just like maybe a cut on a human it started to stop
