Getting 2 cartilage piercing above and below current one at Claire's?

ok i have 2 cartilage piercing on both ears, that's about 5-7 months old and i want to get one above and below the current one on my left ear and one above the right ear. could i get this done at claire's??? would i have to take my current ones out? would getting that done be difficult to clean sense it's going to be a triple cartilage piercing. or could i get this done a the piercing pagoda? how much do u think will cost too?? thanks so much for answering :)
