I am 6 foot 1 and about 225 lbs, I smoke weed on a regular basis, about half an ounce every 2 to 3 days.?

I quit smoking because I am being promoted to manager and have to take a urine test. I have been clean for 3 weeks now and I need to know if I am ready to test or if I should wait longer. I don't need people telling me not to smoke or grow up, just helpful answers please.
